The annual mixed-school Team Challenge event. Running for the third time since it’s succession in 2015. Team Challenge is a competition which gives students the opportunity to tackle a variety of engaging activities while developing teamwork and communication skills with students from other schools. ESP believe that young people can be stimulated and stretched to cope better with challenges when exposed to Outdoor Learning and the benefits of spending time in the natural environment. This activity will consist of teams of 10 students from across schools in Eastbourne competing against each other in army style challenges and team building activities.
