During 2018-19 subject leads from ESP schools met to share good practice, for example to discuss the new specifications and grade boundaries for GCSE. After initial subject meetings in the autumn follow up meetings were held in the New Year. ESP schools also opened inset and CPD sessions to teachers from other member schools.
