Human Resources managers from ESP schools attended an inaugural meeting in March to share good practice. Chaired by Lee Swallow, the group looked at various issues including safeguarding and safer recruitment. Colleagues enjoyed the opportunity to share best practice and plan to meet every year. Colleagues from ESP schools also have joined governing boards of other schools, including Gwen Taylor-Hall (Cavendish School) and Oliver Marlow (Willingdon Community School).
